The Maestro cables are placed in the middle of the Audience cable lineup between the technically advanced, totally balanced, powerful Au24 and the high value Conductor cables. Their tech dept says it well...:Like all cables by Audience,  the Maestro are designed for low eddy-current resistance. We have found low eddy-current resistance to be the most important quality in high-resolution audio and video cables."  Why? It's all about the timing...plainly put, if wavefronts aren't travelling to your ears as the natural tone of any instruments or group of instruments would dictate, something's either missing or  just plain wrong.  Audience cables get it right...even at this modest price point.   The Maestro's a winner.

The Maestro series cables are built to take any home OR PROFESSIONAL environment.  To achieve greater sonic purity the physical design leans towards simplicity. Fortunately, this same simplicity makes for a more reliable, and more consistently produceable design, as well.  The Maestros are natural and relaxed while at the same time being as resolving as anyone attuned to the emotion of the music might ever really need.   There's certainly a family resemblance to the over-achieving Au24, though not "too revealing" of that lingering component you may still be working out of your system..
