The Z-92 is a 4ohm,  91dB efficient speaker, but the coaxial ribbon tweeter/midrange actually carries its sound pressure levels FARTHER than a conventional dome tweeter.  That means they'll play LOUDER over a LONGER DISTANCE, which is not only cool, it comes in really handy to maintaining proper tonal balance in a larger room!  The twin 6.5" aluminum double gap woofers are POWERFUL and QUICK enough to keep up with the amazing Radia ribbon tweeter which is, in the case of the Z-92,  imbedded in a massive midrange ribbon in coaxial fashion.  The Z-92 ROCKS HARD and can, when asked to do so, impart all of the subtleties of your finest jazz or classical works.  Truly a HUGE VALUE speaker!
