- We will ship only within the United States.
- We will not use any independent shipping agents; only our own UPS or FedEx accounts shipped from our facility
- We will not knowingly accept any credit cards based from out-of-US banks

- We'd prefer speaking with you FIRST, BEFORE YOU BUY, so that we can work together toward a SOLUTION to your preferred sonic result, NOT JUST SELL YOU SOMETHING.
- To that end, LET'S REALLY TALK ABOUT WHO YOU ARE, WHAT YOU'RE ABOUT, AND WHAT YOU'RE AFTER SONICALLY. That said, if you don't LET us help you, you may make some poor choices. It happens. None of us is perfect, right?
- Cases in which any client is dissatisfied with our product offerings will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our policy is simple: we want you to be happy. Our goal is ALWAYS that we can work TOGETHER to make sure that what you purchase is a GOOD FIT. In case things just don't work out, we'll gladly offer a store credit for the purchase price of the product, minus a 15% restocking fee. Any product returned must be in the exact same condition in which it was shipped, with box, product, manual, etc., in like condition.
- Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Austin, TX. We can't always stock everything in quantities we'd prefer, so bear with us, PLEASE!
